PARISHIONER HELPS TO TRANSLATE POLISH PRIESTS BOOKS ON THE HOLY EUCHARIST
Dr.Miriam Rosenthal-English,a mother of 6 and a Parishioner of St Mang Basilica Parish in Füssen,Germany is at present helping to translate a series of books about the Holy Eucharist by Polish Priest,Father Tadeusz Dajczer,founder of the "Families of Nazareth Movement".The 1st book has been published in Poland with a forward by the former secretary of Pope John-Paul II,now Archbishop of Krakow,Stanislaw Dziwisz.It was translated into English,but the translation needed improving.So Father Bryan Storey,Priest in Charge of St Paul the Apostle Catholic Church,Tintagel,Cornwall,UK, helped to rewrite it all.The English version has just gone on sale and is available from Eucharistic Renewal Books
Dr.Rosenthal-English has now completed translation of the English version of the second book in the series called "Amazing Nearness" Meditations on the Eucharist 2 into German as requested by Father Dajczer and his representatives in Poland.
The both books have now been sent to the printers in their German form and should be available soon.The German title of the 1st book is "Geheimnis des Glaubens"Betrachtungen über die Eucharistie 1.
Dr.Rosenthal-English told us,"The Mystery of Faith" is a book of great spirituality and during the work of translating it she has learnt much herself about the Blessed Sacrament and how important it is to receive Our Blessed Lord in a worthy condition.The work of translating all 5 books in series will take her another 8-10 months.
Miriam's husband Myke has helped to set up the website which is selling the English versions of the series.

PLEASE PRAY FOR THE REPOSE OF THE SOUL OF FATHER TADEUSZ DAJCZER.FATHER DAJCZER DIED ON THE EVENING OF SEPTEMBER 8TH 2009;THE FEAST OF THE BIRTHDAY OF OUR BLESSED LADY.FATHER WAS THE AUTHOR OF ALL THE BOOKS WE SELL ON THE EUCHARIST (EUCHARISTIC RENEWAL BOOKS) AND ALSO FOUNDER OF THE "FAMILIES OF NAZARETH" MOVEMENT.MAY HE REST IN PEACE.
